Very good customer service and great communication with my case

It was a great learning and rewarding experience! More than one adjuster(roof expert) visited and inspected my home and reviewed with me the damages! My roof was a metal original roof almost 20 years old. The builder is no longer living and such materials used are not able to be found locally. First the claim was made and reviewed but the insurance denied the visible damage outside and inside my home. Mr. De Leon and his team kept me posted throughout the process and the steps he had to take to secure coverage for my damaged property. This was a formal business process yet very friendly and open allowing me to feel comfortable and confident that a resolution would be reached! It was tedious and time consuming as it went through the protocol! This case required legal action and a lawsuit
