First I would like to say that Maxwell is very professional and nice. The reason for only 3 stars is that he offered to take my aunts case and then decided not too. My aunt was in a nursing home for 2.5 years. She begged me to get her out so I did this past August. To our surprise when we got her back to her apartment many items were missing including her bedroom tv and a new washer and dryer. Come to find her attorney that had power of attorney on her took and sold her washer and dryer without asking her and her television was at the attorneys office. While my aunt was in the nursing home the attorney would order several hundreds of dollars a month on Walmart deliveries to her house on my aunts credit cards. All in all $10k to $20k being spent while my aunt was in the nursing home. Mr.

Maxwell gave me honest advice about my case that didn’t necessarily end up with me retaining him, but did end up pointing me in the direction I needed to go and with the ability to reach out and schedule more time with him as needed. I appreciated his method because I felt like I was getting truthful information and not being treated like a paycheck. I will most likely need to consult him down the line as I work through my father’s estate, but I believe he will be saving me money in the long run and guiding me along the way.
