I just called this office and a very rude lady answered and yelled at me saying that the office didn't open until nine and that I should leave a message and they get back to me instead of calling repeatedly ( no answering machine came up). I explained that Google says the office is OPEN and opens at 8 am but she said that she had no cobtrol over that (?) Losing business over people who apparently hate their job.

Marilyn from the beginning took care of me when I was hesitant to work with her firm. She answered every question I had and was very quick to respond.
