Disappointment is an understatement. My experience with attorney Kyle Patrick was profoundly disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional. From the outset, communication was inconsistent, and despite repeated assurances that my case was “being handled,” it became clear over time that almost no meaningful work had been done. Every interaction felt chaotic, with staff emphasizing how busy his schedule was. It felt like the firm had taken on far more work than they could competently manage. After months of vague updates, I learned—from Kyle himself—that he had not actually reviewed or understood the core facts of my case, even after four months of representation. Good litigation but poor in returning phone calls. Several times it had taken more than a month to get call back. 4/16/25: Kyle Patrick's office has drastically changed since my initial review. The personal handling my case has moved on. The issues were not the practice of his office, but of the personal handling my case at the time. Above all, I will use Kyle Patrick in the future if needed.
