I am an estate heir working with Kristen Johnson to finalize the transfer of a property deed at 117 Starlight Road. Despite being told as far back as September 17th that the deed would be recorded shortly—and multiple follow-ups since—nothing has appeared in the Monmouth County records under any associated name or lot number. I’ve made numerous respectful requests for confirmation, including asking for submission dates, tracking numbers, or evidence of filing. As of October 28th, I have received no such verification.
