In 2020 my parents hired Joseph Marino to create a living trust for them to protect their assets. They're home was placed into the trust. He charged my parents almost $6,000 and then never recorded their deed in the trust. He is avoiding emails and not responding to either my emails or the emails from my vice president of our mortgage company that Joe closes loans for from time to time. I would not trust this man was anything so important as he completely took advantage of my parents who are 85 and 82. We have gone to the court picked up papers now to file and sue him in small claims court and we have written to every board for attorneys to complain. Do not hand your money to this man

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, My father choose them to handle his estate. I don’t know where he found these clowns but if you’re trying to do estate planning do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go find a reputable estate attorney. These guys are completely unprofessional. They don’t answer their phones nor do they return phone calls. We had an appointment to meet with the power legal Jen to see my fathers wishes and we sat down stairs in a waiting room for over an hour when we had an appointment! I can write an essay on why I suggest not to use these people but long story short TAKE YOU’RE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the headache.

I had expressed interest in getting a property grievance done. Joseph contacted me to use his firm’s services. I filled out the paperwork for him and then essentially never heard from him again. 3 emails, 4 phone calls to which his assistant answered and promised to have someone return my call, but nothing. I just received my property tax bill which showed no change in property value so either he never processed it or lost the grievance appeal and decided to just avoid me. I understand a grievance may not be worth the effort for your firm, but if that’s the case, please don’t reach out to clients for their business.
