I used Jon twice, we won both times and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jon. If you want to win, hire Jon for your lawyer. "Proven winner in the courtroom!"

Please avoid this attorney! If I could give no stars, I would. Jon does not return calls, does not do what he says he will do, makes mistakes that are, frankly, unbelievable. I have been trying to get a qualified domestic relations order completed for three years, and it should never have taken more than 6 months per my new attorney. I paid Jon a handsome some of money upfront, only for him to disappear and not get the QDRO completed. Do your research -- reviews of Jon are terrible. I am sorry I did not, but came here to be sure you do! Stay away -- he's about as bad as they get.

Jon and Amber were absolutely amazing through my whole divorce and custody process. They were attentive, explained & reassured every detail to me. Even with me in another state they made sure everything was taken care of. Jon is very aggressive in fighting for what is right! Jon has a genuine heart for helping others & that is rare to find these days. You can definitely point him out in a court room. His front desk gal was always attentive and kind as well! You guys are awesome!

Jon was AMAZING in the courtroom, he was knowledgeable, and prepared and we won our case. It was a custody dispute (ex-husband kept my girls from me without cause, for 5 months). Also, he had a flat rate which I appreciated. Although, outside the courthouse, he was terrible about getting in touch, answering his phone, or calling back. He's staff was super sweet, until she quit. He was 5 mins late to court, so we didn't go over anything, his papers were even unorganized. He's knowledgeable, definitely not organized. Not going to lie, I was pretty worried; but like I mentioned, he won the case and was very good IN the courtroom.

The office of Jon Olinger took genuine interest and authentic care in my divorce proceedings. As a mother of small children, my primary concern at all times was the welfare and safety of my children. Jon and his assistant Amber rose to the occasion over and over again fighting for best interest of my kids. As a mother, there is no greater testament to caring for one’s client than to fight persistently for what we hold most dearly- our children. I thank God daily for the blessing Amber and Jon have been on my and my children’s lives and appreciate beyond words their diligence, attention to detail and work ethic on behalf of my family.
