Will take money and act like there is a great case to be fought and can to better than previous lawyer. Paid him to only get the same exact result. The first lawyer that I fired actually did all the work. He is EXTREMELY responsive when it comes to getting your business but once he’s paid he will NOT respond to you. He makes false promises and doesn’t live up to them. Save your time money and energy there are way better lawyers in Indianapolis. He’s a huge disappointment.

Got me a max sentence told me a day before my trial that I would sign a six year house arrest or I’d go to prison worst experience ever. He also helped me get my SPD specialized driving purposes, but doesn’t show up to any of my compliance hearings. I can’t file any motions to get my stuff amended because he’s listed as My Lawyer don’t return calls wait until the day of or the day before your trial or your court to tell you anything don’t waste your money.

If you are going to this firm, don’t even worry about any other lawyer than Brady Lory. He was recommended by a family friend. . . Fast forward 10 days later to my court date, this is the first day we actually met in person, he walks in the courtroom head held high with a smile. It gave movie star vibes. I knew as soon as the judge became trading stories about times my lawyer beat him in trial this was going to be a breeze. He got exactly what he said. Community service then it’d all go away. I’ve read reviews on that other guy and it’s unfortunate they’re in the same building but this guy Brady is a diamond in the rough. Also the recommendation came from him beating a drug case IN TRIAL.

Me and my 60 year old mother hired this attorney for my brother to file an appeal on a federal case. Which he did not inform us that he does not even practice federal law. So after we paid him $11,000 he never once spoke to or saw my brother. He only communicated via text. He then typed up some vague appeal that clearly was not arguing points that his client wanted to argue. His client brought this to his attention and Tompkins got offended and quit the case! He never filed the appeal. He stopped answering our calls. He took the money without doing the job. We are now pursuing legal actions against him. Very bad experience. Less

This guy is a crook I explained very clearly what we needed and expected he said he had recently had a client with the same situation and got him out he took our money never answered texts or call two months later said he did some bogus filings and trumped the charges to keep the money I told him he was fired he contacted probation after the fact which he lied and said he had already done but this move combatted all the work of the new and competent attorney. This guy is smug and a real piece of work I’m suing him and filing every grievance I can against him and complaint as well!
