I had the misfortune of consulting with THE OFFICE OF JOANN WOOD regarding a deed transfer, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered. My parents and I met with HADLEY, who was not only rude but also seemed completely ignorant about the specifics of our situation. It felt like we were bothering them rather than receiving professional guidance.. she seemed BIASED!!!. To make matters worse, the owner, Joann, was equally dismissive. Instead of addressing our concerns, she made us feel like we were wasting her time. For a $200 consultation, we expected at least a modicum of respect and expertise.
