i had to say this guy did help me at all he did not hear my side he didnt even write my statement i was charged with disordely conduct with a deadly weapon and they offered me 2 yrs tdc and because i said no because i didnt do what the report said this was against one of my brothers they came back with ten years of probation when i was already in 5 yrs probation in harris county my case was complicated so therefore i told this court appointed lawyer Hector JR to run it concurrent and he swore he was and made it seemed i was when it was all a lie now im about to revoke my probation due to the fact that i cant financially keep going back and fourth from these countys and trust me Hidalgo will not ever play fair with anyone and especially this guy will not fight for you being a court appointe
