I don't know where to begin, honestly. I started this process a while ago and we are at the end. Through this whole process Gretchen and her staff (Alanna) have been amazing from day one. I was not so much thinking I would get a settlement but mainly wanting WC to pay at least for all medical bills. I was very strong about that happening since I was hurt at work.
