When meeting with Mr. Garcia to discuss my situation, everyone in his office were polite and very professional. They are very communicative and they will answer all your questions. Mr. Garcia joined our scheduled meeting approximately 10 minutes late without any prior communication. Additionally, it appeared that the materials and documents I provided in advance had not been reviewed before the consultation. While I was ultimately able to restate my concerns and obtain a plan for moving forward, the overall level of preparation and professionalism was disappointing. Given that the consultation fee was $200 for 30 minutes, I would have expected at least a brief review of the submitted documentation beforehand to allow for a more efficient and substantive discussion.

I hired this law office so I wouldn’t have to deal with the headache of my old apartment holding my security deposit after I had to move due to mold. I paid a $200 consultation fee and had to open trust account with a minimum amount of $1,200 for them to utilize while the case is open. I was expecting the attorney to manage the process professionally and efficiently. From the start, communication was inconsistent.
