I tried to create my very straight forward Estate Plan but Dorothy was very unorganized and had difficulties with scheduling. She rescheduled over my appointment twice. I provided all of my personal information, then she told me "I am training a new Legal Assistant and we are working through new procedures since all appointments and court appearances must now be via zoom and by phone. It’s probably in your best interest to work with a different panel attorney….". None of this explains poor scheduling. I called another attorney's office and they were able to schedule and complete my simple Trust, Will and Power of Attorney the next day in an hour session!
