If u want someone to fight for u n make your money worth n give u options ,Do Not go with him! … we should have been more aggressive on our options but he just went the easy way to finalize our case .. convincing us ,that was the last option in our case n to find out it wasn’t.. he could have done us better … a state attorney could have done a better job !

David Martinez helped me, when I needed help the most. He helped me stay positive and most of all kept me up to date with every situation that came up. I emailed Mr. Martinez to attempt to set up some kind of consultation regarding a car ownership issue, but as his online submission form only had 3 options which did not exactly cover my issue, I selected the one that seemed to fit best and gave a summary of my issue. I advised him that I am at a point of desperation to get out from under the control of my abuser. I even stated in my email that if he felt he could not help me, I would really appreciate being pointed in the direction of someone who could. Mr. Martinez instead responded with a short, snippy, 1 sentence response to my email that did not cover any of my questions, to which I asked - since he cannot help me, again, please tell me who can.
