I wish I could give this man zero stars. He convinced me to plead guilty on the charge he was representing me on when I was innocent. I had the exact same case in another county and was found innocent the week before (I was represented by another lawyer). I was innocent, knew I was innocent, and was found innocent for the exact same charge he was representing me on but in another county with another lawyer. The only reason I took the plea he offered is because I know how the judge is out here and Mr. Brashear had no intentions of fighting for me and probably would’ve gotten me more time. He doesn’t answer the phone, has a block on all jail phone calls (that’s where most of his clients are until their hearing) and then when you do talk to him before your hearing if you’re lucky he is very r

Has no concerns for childs wellbeing, is always too busy, and lies in court. Should not be in the position to make decisions for children when he clearly doesn't even study cases or do his job before coming to court and testifying.

We have a very unique and difficult custody case and although we are not done yet, Christian has been so helpful and honestly cares about the well being and best interest of our kids. We have hit many bumps especially with covid. Im not going to lie he's not perfect but who is and he is doing his best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian as a custody lawyer. We have been through a few and he is by far the best!

Represented me when I was 12 years old. Went against all of my wishes and everything that was good for me, he sent me back to the most abusive place possible, and never cared enough to know, or listen, to what was happening.

No hope if you have a custody case with this man representing your child. It is disturbing that we have individuals like this in the legal system making determinations about best interest. He does not value your rights as a parent and continues to carry on abuse, I'm sure I am not the only family with this experience.
