Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unworthy of Trust ! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I hired the law office of Bembie to handle my immigration case, paying a significant amount upfront with the expectation of receiving professional and competent service. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks, and when I did receive a response, it was vague, unhelpful & misleading. Despite paying upfront, the attorney failed to meet deadlines, provide updates, or even show basic courtesy in keeping me informed about the progress of my case & they took advantage of my brothers and sisters in Christ that I made the mistake of referring. Quick google search around the neighborhood and found this law office. Gave it a try and happy with my outcome. Felt comfortable with them and how they handled my case.

No contestan las llamadas y tienen una actitud muy despectiva hacia los clientes. They rarely pick up the phone and treat customers poorly in the office. Almost like they're doing you a favor instead of providing a service that you are paying for. They get 2 stars because they were much better several years ago. ***UPDATE*** Estamos esperando que ellos se dignen de ir al basement para sacar los papeles necesarios para el trámite. Ya son 3 meses. We're waiting for them to go to the basement to lale out some documents they need to complete the paper work. It's been 3 months.

I am a US CITIZEN and i have 4 years trying to bring my mother to this beautiful country and this law office has done anything helpful for me its really bad because they don't answer the phone and don't want to provide me with a RECEIP NUMBER to call USCIS my self. they are a nightmare. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
