If I could give zero stars I would the initial representative who answered the call was rude and his name is JOSEPH BRYANT. He that their firm might not be able to help me, when I simply asked why he hung up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and he hung up in my face again. I’m unsure how you even hire someone as unruly as this but it was worth leaving the negative review. So thank you to Mr Joseph Bryant for the horrible experience that couldn’t even make it past the intake call.

Bottom Line Upfront (BLUF): DO NOT Hire Mr. Lopez or Mrs. Acevedo. They will insist and demand a high retainer and provide inferior services. I will rate Mr. Lopez’s and Mrs. Acevedo’s competence in four professional skills and accepted legal categories. In addition to rating their professional and legal skills, I will write a final assessment based on their performance. I hired Mr. Lopez’s wife (Rochelle Acevedo) to help me modify a custody and child support court order in Bexar County. I paid Mrs. Acevedo 3500.00 upfront at 350 USD an hour. The agreement covered court fees, written modification to the order, and a court appearance. Upon completing these tasks, I will provide additional funding at $350 an hour for other services. This is the worst experience ever!!!! We are going on two years and Lopez still didn’t do what he was supposed to do. We have been texting emailing calling up to 10 times a day and no answer. He was quickly to charge me in advance for the job but he’s not that quick to get the job done..... we even called the office, they never know when he will be in the office or how we can get in touch with him, we drove by the place he wasn’t there of course, waited for hours and still couldn’t talk to him. This has been a pain, we missed so many opportunities because of him and his lack of professionalism. Don’t you ever work with him or his office, they don’t know anything and they never answer their phone....

I have been meaning to do this for a very long time, but l life is full of sadnesssa heartbreak. Mrs. Acevedo has lessened my burdones and you must appreciate someone who cares about you, your life, your saddenes. Thank you, Rochelle, for what you have done for me.
