Updated review for Mr Goldberg At first we had some issue with communication but that issue has now been resolved and he has filed a detailed brief for the state appeal and we are now waiting for him to write a reply to the state brief. He has a very good brief written so far. Looking forward to seeing his reply to that state brief. Thanks for the effort Mr Goldberg.

Beware! Unless you like being conned out of 1000s of dollars I would not recommend hiring this attorney. My husband signed a contract to hire him and payed over $6000 just for him to stop communicating with us after 2 months. He has failed to respond to any calls, emails, and even tried sending a certified letter in the mail to get a response to try to get all our records we gave him back to seek out legal help elsewhere. We now have no other option other than to contact the Georgia BAR to file a complaint against him.

Attorney Goldberg was amazing and one of the best lawyers I could ever find. He truly went beyond to help me resolve my case successfully, he did everything he could by going the extra mile to communicate with the prosecutor to get my case resolved without having a hearing.
