His partner and wife Tracy Karsch-Palumbo, also a St. John's Law School graduate and is also extremely accomplished, especially when it comes to negotiating property deals and handling complex closings. Tracy has successfully closed everything from multi-million dollar properties, including a local airport and multi-generational family estate to a single family summer dwelling. You're getting two dynamic attorney's for the price of one. They have both heloed me numerous times and I highly recommend them both.
