Kesa and Mary Brown are frankly the best. I have closed many deals with them and I would never consider going with any other firm. Mary Brown is so on point: super intelligent, thorough, detailed, researched, and she always goes above and beyond. I recently closed a lake deal with a complicated easement situation. Not just did Mary & Kesa research the easement and get all of the associated details but Mary called the surveyor and got him to plat out the entire thing because it was missing as part of the file. I never would have expected that level of dedication and due diligence, but I was most certainly was impressed by it.
