I had tried this Case Pro Se in the District Court for Baltimore County before Judge Zellweger, a very not nice, prejudiced, Police Officers Rubber stamping Judge who is supposed to be fair and impartial, to give an honest Citizen a Fair Trial. This did not happen in my Case. She led the Officer in his testimony the way to insure a Guilty Verdict. Well I decided after being found Guilty to Appeal to the Circuit Court in Towson.
