I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this law firm and with Mr. Massey’s handling of my car accident case. My case has now been ongoing for five years and is still not resolved. Communication has been poor and inconsistent throughout this time. My last in-person meeting with the firm was in May 2025, when I was assured that my case would be resolved by August 2025. That promised resolution never happened. I later sent a follow-up email in July 2025 requesting an update, and I never received any response at all. Instead of progress, I have continued to hear excuses for delays, yet nothing meaningful seems to have been done to move my case forward. Important timelines have not been honored, and I constantly feel like I am having to chase information instead of being supported
