To describe my experience with Gary Jiles I have found him to be extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. In our dealings it involved several prominent individuals and our services. In this situation we were actually approached by him versus needing his services. After accommodating to his needs and making sure he was taken care of, which was of great benefit to him, is when it was shown of how unprofessional he is as supported by many other reviewers. I would not recommend his services to anyone or recommend doing business with him in any way as it has been made clear that his time is clearly more important than others and he is only looking out for HIS best interests.

Thomas Vinson has been more than exceptional representing not only my personal matters, but our company as well. He listens well, is easy to talk to, understands the situation you’re presenting to him, stays even keeled, and then gets straight to the point. I highly recommend him and the Jiles Law firm for matters pertaining to business, estate trusts, and other personal law issues. He doesn’t beat around the bush and will lay out all the options that could happen. Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience with this law firm. Apparently Mr Jiles is too busy to take or return phone calls. His secretary Jackie is not at all helpful. They are very vague in answering any questions or Jackie just doesn't know. She'll put you on hold to go ask Mr Jiles instead of letting you talk to him and come back with a non answer. They are excruciatingly SLOW!!! If you have a year and a half or longer to get your business done and you don't care to ever know the status of anything then they are the place for you!

Thomas Vinson has been my attorney on several matters and has done a great job in assisting me. Whether it is drafting legal documentation, consulting, debt collection, etc. I recommend him and will continue to use his services.
