I was referred to the Hixon Law Firm through my company EAP program and found the experience to be deeply demoralizing. I first spoke with the receptionist who took down my information and stated Mr. Hixon would follow up with me the same day, which he did not do. When he did finally contact me, he was terse, impatient, and rude: Our conversation over the phone lasted a total of 9 minutes, and it was abundantly clear that he had no interest in wanting to provide me with legal council, let alone representing me as a client.
