Horrible customer service. Been trying to get a call back on a medical male practice case. Going on 3 weeks now. Keep getting the statement person assigned to me is backed up? You would think that with all the adds they have, just about every street corner bill board in Joplin, that they would have the capacity to return a call with in a week?? I guess not. I heard good things but I am not impressed.

Very friendly people and nice building. They are always there when you have any questions and will get back to you promptly. I highly recommend them for personal injury.
