If you want an unprofessional, disorganized, and sub-par client experience, then absolutely book them. If you prefer to be treated with respect, communication, and basic professionalism go somewhere else. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in my entire real estate journey. This was the seller’s chosen firm, and we stayed with them even after they abruptly switched attorneys on us. Our closing was delayed with zero communication. Any time I emailed with questions, the responses were unprofessional and dismissive at one point, I was simply told “the funds were sent,” with no explanation or clarity.
