I recently hired Haus Law Firm to advise me with my Aunt’s estate since she had not left a will. He walked me through the process of getting her estate in order, filling out paperwork and answering all my million questions with clarity and compassion. He went out of his way to guide me through this process as painless as possible with reassurance during this difficult time. They do NOT respond. I filled out their form on email about my situation on Friday afternoon. The following Monday morning I called and let a message. No response. I called on Tuesday morning . No response. I physically went into their office on Wednesday morning with an urgent need and left ny contact information with the receptionist. NO RESPONSE!! No call back. No email. Nothing!
