Don’t recommend. Very unprofessional. The Manager Cindy has a bad attitude and does not call to give any updated on my case. I get the run arounds and have waited for years for them to resolve my case . I had to call the hospital directly for them to resolve the reductions of my case for bills of a car accident , the office of Guardiola kept on telling me for about 2-3 months that they were waiting on the hospital to work with the reductions when the hospital said they didn’t send anything the first times I spoke to billing department and the other times the hospital was not able to work with reductions because Cindy never sent some of the documents the hospital was needing so they can look into the reductions. After waiting for years and months I am having trouble getting my check . I

Really professional. This law firm has very courteous personnel and will keep you posted and your issue. Will most definitely recommend this place
