My mother had passed a few months ago and my father and I required some legal help during the paperwork process. I do not live nearby and called this firm on the account of it being close to my fathers residence. I am the one who called to set up the appointment because my father is extremely hard of hearing, especially on the telephone. While trying to explain what was needed to the receptionist she stated to have my father “put his big boy pants on and handle this himself”. I was a little taken aback by that comment and explained why he was not in fact taking care of it himself.
