Keith was assigned as our parent coordinator and hasn’t been able to effectively assist us with a difficult co-parenting and custody situation. He doesn’t seem to have the empathy and work ethic to be in this line of work. These matters are extremely emotional. Communication and decisions need to be made within a reasonable timeframe. Keith’s lack of communication is honestly disheartening. We brought him a very specific situation more than 2 weeks ahead of Christmas. We have followed up 5+ times and haven’t even received a quick email response to provide an update. If you’ve dealt with difficult co-parenting situations, you know that in many cases, you need a neutral 3rd party to review the details and make a fair decision, especially when it involves time with your kids around the

Unfortunately I'm going to have to join what appears to be a growing sentiment about K. Gambrel here. I'd imagine that his choice of profession is not without stress. That said, that is no excuse for unprofessional behavior, which he has exhibited to me in spades. And "unprofessional due to stress" is a best-case scenario here. At worst, I'd say his mental health and basic ability to grasp present-day reality may be in question. Ethics, possibly as well. If I were him, I'd take a step back from day-to-day practice to decide if this is really the career for me at this stage in my life, consider the impact he may be having on people he's serving, and consider alternatives.

I worked with Keith for my divorce and child custody case. He and Fabricio are so caring and kind but will not sell you a dream. Keith is very honest and fair and will fight for what's right. I will definitely work with him again if I ever need legal representation in the future. I was very satisfied with him and how my case was handled.

Keith’s mediation skills lack in several areas, using self opinion and prejudice to make his arguments rather than precedence or logic. He also seems to let his personal life and homosexuality effect his ability to act as a third party negotiator in family cases Overall I would not recommend and seek other counsel if available

I could not have asked for a better firm to work with on my divorce. Simple and direct! Always able to answer my questions along the way and made me feel at ease through the entire process. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a good firm on their side! Keith and Fabricio put my mind at ease at the time I needed it the most! Very professional and detailed!
