It was a pleasure to work with Martha and Lorraine getting a refinance payout setup for my divorce. Communication was excellent and they were both very friendly. It's nice to find down to Earth, respectful people to deal with these days, especially in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend this law firm.

I would not willingly work with this firm again in the future. Throughout the process of a real estate transaction, here are some of the concerns I had: 1. There was nearly no proactive communication, and this particular transaction was one that had a lot of difficulties in it. And I just feel like there was no consideration of keeping us in the loop. Rather, all but one time, I had to reach out for updates to see where we were, what the latest delay was, etc. 2. When I did call the office, I was often told that the only person who could give me the answer I was seeking worked remotely and could not be reached by phone. Like you have to email and just wait for a response. And it doesn't make a ton of sense in my opinion to have all the eggs in the basket of someone off-site that customer

I would not recommend any work other than closing. I closed a property with them and was trying to record an easement. I sent more than 6 emails over more than 2 weeks to the attorney, and she never answered back. Whenever I call the office, they say keep sending email to the attorney.
