Aaron Freeman is the best litigation attorney in Indianapolis and will fight for his clients rights unapologetically. He has many hours inside the courtroom as the former Marion county deputy prosecutor. He knows his stuff. I can’t recommend Aaron and Kristen enough.

If you need an unfair divorce , hire this guy. He botched my mother’s divorce so bad she had to hire another attorney. Aaron would never reply to my mom, I had to get involved each time to get answers. He didn’t follow up after mediation to help secure her assets ordered by the judge. Horrible person, attorney, and politician.

In the state of Indiana, the mother gets custody of the child. Except with Aaron Freeman. I now have sole legal and physical custody of my child. I'm one happy father. Kristin is also superb, weathered, logical, and professional. You'll see.

Me: “Hi, I’m calling to inquire about possibly needing a lawyer. I have a question to see if I even have a case?” Aaron “It’s 6:00pm on a Friday and I’m answering the phone for god knows what reason, what’s your question” Me: “hehe, well I was curious to see if you specialize in tenant rights? & could be able to help me?” Aaron: “the state of Indiana doesn’t allow specialists so what’s your question?” As a potential client the attitude and “customer service” I received was unacceptable. Felt as if I was wasting his time before I was even able to explain my situation. I hung up immediately, if you don’t want the business, don’t be in the business. Literally shocked with this behavior. Couldn’t see myself moving forward with someone so uninterested.

Worst 5500 I've ever highly recommend you do not pay this man a dime extremely arrogant and does not care about your case only how he appears on the news dealt with him over a year told him repeatedly to get me in front of a judge immediately for my custody battle a year later he tells me he is trying to mediate between my children's mother and she stated in the beginning she wanted we needed a she was not going to come to any agreement....save your money get a real lawyer...
