Mr. Feldman said he would take my sons case , and said it go to a jury trial, and he wanted the money upfront . And I paid him , it was a sizable amount . After that he did very little to help my son, told him to turn down the plea deal . Then told him to take a worse deal 4yrs later. Then was no help at all in trying to recover my sons property, failing to warn me of a form I had to fill out at a certain time , after asking him, what I had to do to get it back . You would think a highly rated defense lawyer would know this stuff ! Not very good , wasn’t worth the money that’s for certain !

Good morning. Mabey two weeks ago I came across a video on YouTube done by Adam. It was about probable cause. It was very informative and gave me a good reference point to start in my own proceeding.
