I have used The Estate Plan several times over the past 3 years. Each time they have handled matters promptly & professionally with explanations of what to expect. I would definitely recommend them to all as a first class firm to use.

I lost my wife rather suddenly and I was not prepared besides losing the love of my life all the financial issues that were coming my way. The Estate Plan helped me every step of the way. I can't thank them enough. They gave me time to grieve and let me know ahead of time when we needed to talk. When I had questions they would return emails or calls very quickly. I highly highly recommend The Estate Plan.

Having dealt with The Estate Plan group for the past 5 or so years and specifically with attorney Lillith Bailey I feel qualified to render an opinion about their overall competence and accessibility and congeniality. I am someone who often changes his mind which is a nightmare for an attorney. But throughout the whole process Lillith remained nonplussed and never showed the least sign of being at all impatient.

It was a great experience and fairly simple to complete after putting it off for many years. We now have peace of mind especially knowing we won’t leave a burden for our daughter.
