I highly recommend Mitch Cash Estate Planning and Elder Law if you are planning to help your family by making things after your passing. I thought I already knew what I needed but I didn't and I am glad I went to see him. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. I can not say enough good about Mitch Cash and Reva. I was lost when my father passed away. From the first phone conversation with Reva, I knew I had chosen the right people. I live in Texas and I was worried about the details and not being intown. Reva was on top of every aspect, and potential problems were solved in a professional manor before they could arise. I never realized all of the factors involved and the problems if not attended to in a timely manor. The office staff under Reva's leadership was available 24 7 it seemed. I could not be more pleased with the professional service I received from this firm. I have worked on the administrative side of Long Term Care for years but this was my first personal experience as a family member Mitch and Patty were so helpful, they made this difficult process much less painful and stressful in every way possible. I am confident in their credibility and knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations regarding nursing home placement. I would not have wanted to go thru this process without Patty . Great place and great people! People you can trust! They helped me so much when my dad had to go into the nursing home. I could have never been able to navigate the laws, rules and guidelines of the medicaid process without them.. They, also, helped me save thousands.
