Man. Great experience is an understatement. Mr.Dodd is the best. You can just tell the guy is present and cares when meeting with you and is fully engaged. Not just going through the motions. Really makes you feel like your case matters and is in good hands. Cannot say enough good things.

I was matched with this law firm through my employers pre-paid legal group, and they accepted the case through them. After numerous attempts to contact this law office I finally got the paralegal on the phone. She stated that they handle my type of case often and it should be an easy case to resolve. Fast forward about a month now and I've never heard back from them. They won't answer my calls, return them, or even respond to an email. Very disappointed with this business

Paid a 10 hour retainer, seemed to working satisfactorily at first. Then they dropped off the face of the planet. No returned phone calls, no returned emails, no idea on the status of anything, including retainer balance. Either they experienced an unexpected personal emergency, or there is some degree of fraud/ malpractice.
