I came in last year to get advice on putting my mom on long term medicaid since she has dementia and I had to move her in my home. I had reservations at first about going through this process but so glad I did since I've had to put my mom in a nursing home due to her health. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful with all the paperwork and helping me to understand how to get medicaid for my mom. I would advise anyone that's trying to decide on long term medicaid to not wait. Best decision that I could have made and De Elder Law helped me through it.

DO NOT use this guy Wade he used a Bait and Switch strategy as recent as 10/2024 to extort $350 from my parents, since they weren’t willing to pay him $1,600 for services they didn’t need. They wanted a simple Will and LPOA to ensure their estate was handled as they wished, and Wade tried to sell them advanced Estate Planning services for a HNW client that they don’t have the assets to even think of using. When they refused the services he pitched, he threatened to bill them for executing absolute nothing for them. No Will, No POA, Nothing! I’ve used Tomaseti in Newport for my original will, who charge slightly more than what Wade charge my parents for doing Nothing to setup a Will. Basically, Wade charged them for doing nothing.
