Unpleasant experience. Yelling at me on the phone saying they won’t help me, hanging up on me twice. I’ve never felt so discriminated against. Please avoid and take your business to someone more respectful. The secretary tried to cover for the attorney, saying the line got disconnected but the second call he started yelling and hung up again. I didn’t even talk for 10 seconds to ask about fees and timeline and he suddenly got aggravated out of nowhere. Edit: I very specifically said I am not looking for free advice and I have multiple closings. I was happy to pay you and talk to you about another closing.
