I was searching for a family law / divorce attorney for basic consultation. I had the honor of speaking with The Cusic Law Team for assistance. From the beginning phone call to obtaining the information I needed from her consultation she provided me with everything I needed and more. Typically when you reach out to attorney's offices it feels like a money grab. I didn't get that feeling when I contacted them. They were thorough in their explanations of everything, provided me steps for things I could handle myself and did not give me the feeling that they were pushing a hard sale. I appreciated it so much so that I'll be coming back to them to use their services for mediation

I was deeply disappointed by my experience with attorney Dessiray Cusic. As a witness in a recent family law case, I was treated in a way that I believe was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. During cross-examination, Ms. Cusic chose to bring up a very private and medically sensitive issue *my infertility* which had absolutely no relevance to the facts at hand. The intent appeared not to uncover truth, but to discredit and humiliate. That kind of tactic doesn’t reflect zealous representation it reflects a lack of ethics and compassion, especially in a case involving children. What’s even more troubling is that her line of questioning seemed to ignore actual safety concerns that had been raised in the case.
