Every one has the opportunity to rate their experience based off events which took place during their interactions with The Collierville Law Firm. My experience was disappointing and a waste of my finances and time. The paralegal was always confused, in a hurry, and / or disorganized. On several occasions, I was asked to resubmit previously submitted documents or resign a new drafted copy of a previously signed documents only for her to state, " I have to have these for your file". Multitasking seemed to be an issue for her. It was disappointing that the attorney only familiarized himself with my case during my office visits, seemed to not care whatsoever. Mr Hagan and his staff have been so supportive during my challenging separation and soon divorce. Both Mr Hagan and Brenshevia have been understanding, trustworthy, and compassionate towards me and my two girls. I believe they have worked diligently and have been committed to my case. I thank the Lord that He led me to this firm and recommend this firm to people going through the challenges of divorce.

In my business career, I have had several instances where the expertise of attorneys was needed. They were all business all the time. For the first time in my personal life I found myself in need of an attorney to help me through an extremely difficult period in my life. Bill Hagan is single-handedly RUINING Lawyers' bad reputation! He and Ms. Baker got us through a difficult Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption Case professionally and empathetically. They knew what needed to be done from the very beginning and followed through with NO SURPRISES! I was very impressed with the way they coordinated everything though the Court so both Appearances went quickly and exactly as planned. We felt that the charges for their service were VERY reasonable and far less than what we had originally estimated. Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker are a JOY to work with and EARNED our complete trust and confidence!
