Will drop your case stating “lack of communication” including “not returning a signed document” which needs my child’s father’s signature whom has been out of state working since the beginning of October due to Hurricane Helene. “A phone call from Sue not returned” whose call was returned!! When I returned the call , Barb said she was out of office and needed to call back and she did. However, she did not bother to ask me the information she stated she needed on the voicemail. Instead Sue was VERY rude and told Mr.Cline was no longer taking my case and I needed to wait until a letter came in the mail explaining why.
