I recently called the office in regard’s to a current custody order violation in a different county. The receptionist was very helpful and honest. She told me Chip would hopefully give me a call back but that she thought I would need to be represented in the initial county. I didn’t expect much given my experience with attorneys. But I was so relieved when he did call. He provided me with as much guidance as he could without currently representing me. He explained everything thoroughly and truly eased this mama bears heart. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time out to call and offer specific advice rather than just the typical vague answer I could have found on Google.

Had to tell his administrator and secretary several times when Chip would call my phone or my wife's phone it automatically went straight to voicemail and after talking to the phone company it was something on the end with their line an if their was another way to either contact me, or setup appointment to speak with him. This went on for almost 4 weeks and never could get a straight answer and none of them could follow directions or seemed to care. Very poor professional business practices.

The Cleveland Firm is a great firm if you are looking for a skilled team to win. Chip and his team really had my back when false claims were made against me. They are honest and very professional when it comes to your case. Can’t go wrong Chip on your side.

I don't believe my husband was treated right by Chip. The only reason he gets one star is because that is the only way to make a post. It seems like he was going along with the other side. Avoid Chip Cleveland as your attorney if you can. He charged my husband over 5k of dollars in a divorce and advised my husband in a way that was not for his benefit in my opinion.Then he sent another bill. I dont believe he did his job to help my husband.. Again, this is simply an opinion. Stay away from Chip. That is also an opinion. If you want a good lawyer, let me know. I now know a good guy lawyer in town.

The Cleveland Law Firm has been very helpful in my case. Chip and the rest of his firm have been quick to respond, knowledgeable and fair throughout the entire process. I only have positive experiences and would recommend them to anyone.
