I contacted this office on a referral from my aunt, after asking if she knew of any lawyers that could help me with representation, for my (no fault) car accident. She spoke highly of them. I spoke to the receptionist and she asked me all the necessary questions. She even asked who referred me, and I gave my aunts name. At the end of the conversation, she told me that the lawyers were all busy with cases. And, that if I didn’t hear from anyone in a couple of days to call back, you know because that means my info “you know, got lost in the shuffle”. I scheduled a phone consultation with The Charleston Group in early December, which cost $150. The next step was for Mr. Charleston to make a decision on whether he would take the case. It's been over a month and a half and I've followed up multiple times, but still don't have an answer. After having months of time wasted, it looks like I'm going to need to start over with a different firm.
