Emily has been representing my husband and I in our case for grandparents rights. After a year and a half of our grandchildren, who have been in our lives since they were born, being suddenly taken from their grandparents. Emily and her team worked hard and did a great job. Our ability to see them has been restored. the very next weekend, after going to court on Monday. I hired Emily Carr, while going through a divorce her promises of what she was gonna do for all the money I paid her were worthless. She never followed through with the first promise, except that she would take my money to retain her. That’s the only thing that she actually put for an effort and done, everything else she blamed her secretary for losing paperwork three different times and I had to drive to Cleveland Georgia to take it back to her She even left paperwork in her office at mediation saying she was sorry, but she didn’t sleep well that night. She is very unprofessional and was never on time to one of our meetings. 2024.09.05 - Had a good experience with The Carr Law Group. Was represented by Emily Carr on some traffic ticket violations on my motorcycle. Emily was very courteous and professional and was able to work out a very good plea deal with the White County, GA prosecutor and judge. Reduced my fines and even got one of the tickets dismissed. Worth the money and time to keep you out of trouble, tickets off your record, and to have a worry free courtroom experience. Definitely recommend.
