The Brice Law Firm

I had a real estate closing, the buyer selected Brice Law Firm. From the beginning Brice Law Firm were not very responsive to my realtor or their response was always delayed. On closing day when coming to office, I didn’t feel welcome. I am an African American Woman. You can tell they were more interested with the buyers than myself. I closed late on a Monday, the wire for closing was not received the following day which cause me the seller to have delays with my move. The Attorney advised the day of closing that the buyer and lender were to receive funds same day, as of now I am still waiting on closing funds to be wired to me. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

They honestly deserve no stars! This law office is the worst and is so unprofessional! I closed on the sell of my condo May 13, 2025 and they were supposed to be responsible for obtaining a payoff for the down payment assistance I received on that home and never did! I basically had to do ALL of the leg work. The lawyer does overlook what his “paralegals” do. The paralegal even had the audacity to say I COULD basically figure out the payoff information and request it. There is no response or answers to ANY of my questions. I WILL be reaching out to the bar association! Because the amount of negligence and unprofessionalism is insane. I have sold this property for almost 2 months now and theres STILL a lien on the home!
