Very disappointing experience. Communication was consistently poor, and I was given incorrect information more than once. The attorney showed minimal initiative, did only the bare minimum, and was even late to scheduled appearances. He raised the possibility of next-step options but offered no real support in pursuing them, stating his obligation ended with the initial payment. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unprofessional, and I would not recommend.
