We used their services but it was really bad services. The workers were very kind but their work is very unorganized. An application that was supposed to last a few months with them took almost 2 years. Due to them, we missed our opportunity to visit our sick family member. Despite our repeated efforts to reach out and get the process finished their negligence and procrastination caused us to miss our window. Do not use this law firm. Do not recommend and that is rare for me to say.

Mr. Allongo provided excellent support throughout my citizenship application process. He is very knowledgeable, and guided me through every step with professionalism and care. His guidance helped make the process smoother, and stress free. I truly appreciated the assistance of his staff, who were always friendly, polite and very professional. This is the worst law firm ever. My mom has a case with them. When we call, they make appointments for my mom to talk to the lawyer, which never happens. You can never get in touch with them. After you pay your money, forget about getting a call from them or to keep working on your cases on time. If I could rate them less than zero, that would be the rate they deserve.

WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!!. Every single negative review about them is absolutely true. I signed up with them since November 2022 about my asylum case and till date I haven’t seen any significant progress. The case hasn’t been moving forward and they never seem to be concerned about it. Eventually I had to apply for my EAD on my own on my computer after signing off one in person at the firm two months before. They lied about having mailed the application two days after I had signed it so I decided to reapply on my own. They hardly answer your calls and even if they do, they never tell you anything helpful or sensible. The ironic part is that they wanna charge me for an appointment with my own attorney. Michael went truly above and beyond what my wife and I expected. He took quite a bit of time explaining the process and each step we would be looking at in the future. Due to the simplicity of our case he volunteered the fact that we wouldn't need his services and recommended that we proceed on our own. That in itself shows a level of professionalism.
