The Accident Guys

Overall a good experience with The Accident Guys. I was involved in a vehicle accident that was not my fault, and the driver of the car that rear-ended me had only the minimum amount of insurance necessary to drive in California. My injuries were well beyond that. My attorneys Elizabeth Ponce De Leon, and Masha Travkin pushed hard to obtain the largest settlement possible from my insurance company. I'm very happy with the settlement, and I would recommend The Accident Guys to anyone needing an attorney for a vehicle accident.

So back in September of 2018, my car was hit by a derailed trailer bed on the freeway. Driving at 75 mph and having something that large fly into your car on your way to work is never ideal. I am lucky to be alive and also very grateful to have found The Accident Guys! I contacted them a couple days after and they immediately took control and helped me through a long path of recovery. Unfortunately the party at fault did not have auto insurance so I immediately freaked out, but these guys got me the best possible outcome. I was in a car accident where a woman took an illegal left turn on a red light. Totaled my car and broke my right distal radius and thumb/ligament. I needed surgery for my arm and thumb. I was so distraught with everything going but The Accident Guys helped me through every step so that I did not have to deal with insurances and solely focus on my recovery. They answered all my questions and communicated well with me. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because it took almost a year to finalize my settlement….my accident was on 6/16/2021. A previous accident I was in only took a couples of months to get my settlement so that was a bit frustrating. But I must say they did help out a lot!
