I was in a tough situation and thought I would have to take it for what it was but with a friends encouragement to reach out to a lawyer I am soooooo happy that I did. I booked an appointment for a consultation and Kelly was AMAZING. I was not looking forward to tackling this…I was dreading tackling this but after my conversation with Kelly it was like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders. I went from completely discouraged to having a sense of peace after our 30 minute call. I scheduled an appointment with Taylor and our 1 hour call just confirmed how thankful I am for them. They truly care and go above what I could have expected. I am so grateful I made that first consultation with Kelly and I trust Taylor completely. A lesson I now will follow is always seek legal counsel

Disappointed with the pricing structure for business formation. The 928 Law Firm quoted $1,500 for a basic LLC setup but would not include the Operating Agreement in that price. After doing some research, I found this to be much higher than other Arizona firms that include custom legal documents for $800-$900. I also wasn't comfortable with the push toward a $400/hour consultation just to get a final quote. If you are a startup on a budget, I’d recommend shopping around before committing.

Great experience at a not great time. Initial call was returned promptly. Meeting with attorney was scheduled for the next day. Attorney was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend 928 law firm.
