Terri is professional, and extremely competent. She handled our will and trust with care and efficiency. She is extremely knowledgeable and also took the time to really listen and be there for us with many difficult personal decisions. I highly recommend Terri Hilliard. She is a kind person who takes the time to go extra mile to provide her clients with guidance and advice. Terri Hilliard and her team are an outstanding group practicing Estate Law. Terri's process is very customer oriented and thorough. Are you kidding? There’s nobody as confident and nice as tary my wife passed away in October 2022 and I didn’t know what to do, but I asked two people for a referral. Raul one was my real estate agent and the other one was Tom Yoon at Edward Jones guess what without knowing it they both referred me to Terri how’s that for a referral .! so I went to Terri and she made me feel so good. I ended up redoing my living trust with her and I trust her.anyway, you could not do better with elderly care when you need to settle things.

Communication was poor, process was lacking and the overall experience was subpar and extremely unprofessional. I made payment for services for an updated Will in March 2024 (paid thousand's of $$$). I proceeded to follow up with the company regarding my documents in May, June and twice in July. Had I not reached out, the process would still be ongoing. Documents were finally ready last month, Aug 2024, but it took almost five months (was initially advised would take two months). I cannot and will not recommend Teri Hillard's company or their legal services going forward. Furthermore, my documents came in a folder/binder that was broken. I had to tape over the clips to prevent my papers from continually falling out. Photo attached.

We were referred to Terri’s office by a neighbor to create a Living Trust for our disabled son. We found Terri and her staff ( Vanessa and Margaux) to be attentive , professional and very well organized. If you’re looking for a lawyer that is not only knowledgeable in her field but compassionate and a great listener then Terri is your person.
